In preparation for your move to Hayward Point Eden, we have included the below information to assist with an easy move-in process.

It is required that you complete the following forms and return them to the Management Office prior to your scheduled move-in. When submitting the forms, please keep one copy for you and return the original to the Management Office. If you have any questions, please contact the Management Office at (510) 377-9665.

Hayward Business Tax and License:

In order to operate a business in the City of Hayward, you must have a Business License on file with the City. If you have any questions, please call City of Hayward at (510) 583-4600 or visit http://www.acsbdc.org/Resources/License-and-Permits for more information.

Healthpeak requires that the following rules and procedures be adhered to for all moves to and from the property. Any movers who do not adhere to the following rules will not be allowed to enter the premises or will be required to discontinue the move:

  1. All moving of furniture, modular systems, boxes, equipment and filing systems are to be conducted on weekdays after 5:00 p.m. ending no later than midnight; or on Saturday beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending by 1:00 p.m.
  2. The Management Office must receive a Certificate of Insurance from all moving companies, cabling companies, telephone companies and any other contractors associated or assisting with the move. Healthpeak Properties, Inc., its subsidiaries and its affiliates and HCP LSE Property Manager, LLC must be listed as additional insured as described in your new tenant information packet under Certificate of Insurance. This verbiage is typically included in the "Comments" section of the certificate.
  3. All moves within the property must utilize the service elevator, which services the individual floors within the building.
  4. Floor surfaces from the service elevator vestibule to the entrances of the suite must be protected by a material approved by the building engineer prior to use. Cardboard is not considered an acceptable floor covering. Cardboard will be required for wall protection outside of the service elevator vestibule to prevent damage to the wall covering.
  5. All moves must be scheduled in writing with Management at least 48 hours in advance.
  6. The tenant or moving company is solely responsible for the removal of trash, boxes, crates, or any and all debris generated by or from the move. All related trash must be removed from the building immediately, and is not to be placed or stored in any part of the building or the buildings dumpsters.
  7. All tools and equipment must be transported only in the designated service elevator.
  8. Any damage to the building (corridors, elevators, restrooms, tenant areas, etc.) must be repaired at the expense of the contractor or subcontractors of lessee when privately contracted, and must be returned to original condition.
  9. Two wheel and four-wheeled dollies are absolutely prohibited on all passenger elevators and in the main Lobby areas.
